It was cost effective.

The condition is a bit worn down. Breakfast style was non-traditional. Not buffet but rather a few set things that they will make for you.

The price is to high with compare with other nearby hotels. The rooms , apartments are too dark no enough lighting. There are no laundry no GYM very poor swimming pool no rescue staff

For me our stay there we're fair.

For me our stay there we're fair..I'm expecting a little consideration since we're not an arab.. The breakfast were all arabic food. But I appreciated the waiter during our breakfast meal for cooking fried egg for me.Our room was quite small including the bed and only one towel and robe was provided even if i booked it as a couple. The sink in the toilet was leaking and the space for bathing was very small. It doesn't have jacuzzi either. I requested for a romantic upper floor room but it was not granted. And On our first night We cannot sleep since we can hear voices from the other room and on the alley.However the staffs we're very accomodating. They even adjusted the opening time of pool for us to use. The location was great but the parking area was very limited.

Short drive to Dahran Mall, restaurants within walking distance, a mini-mart just across the street for convenience items. Flat is spacious and generally clean. Has basic appliances and kitchenware. Complimentary water and instant coffee on the first day. Quick check in and check out.

No slippers and bath towels were provided upon request but were old and thin. Better bring your own.

A quick stop on our road trip-3 Bedrooms apartment

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean, has free WIFI but speed was slow in rooms, only fast in living room.

It was a one night stay and a stop on our trip road, it served its purpose. No mirror in rooms, except in bathrooms and living room.

I like the location of the hotel, it is very closed to Al...

I like the location of the hotel, it is very closed to Al Rashid & Al Dhaharan mall. There is shaded parking area inside the hotel.

They serve Iftar Ramdan inside the room, they provided it very early; by the time of the Iftar it became cold. My advise is to have your iftar outside the hotel, or to order from a restaurant outside the hotel. The room was very noisy, I couldn't sleep from my neighbors room. The curtains is not blocking the lights.

Good Hotel without professional employees.

Location and breakfast.

Unfortunately, I met emploee in reciption I think he is assistent of hotel manager. He hasn’t any polite to deal with custmors. This is the last time to come to this hotel.

The location is very good.

The location is very good. The stuff are nice and kind

The room was not comfortable. Dust is everywhere in the room. It was not clean well. I don’t recommend it since a lot of nice hotels located next to it and the price almost close to what you are going to pay here

Good location.

Good location. Spacious rooms. Clean rooms.

The electricity went out due to technical issues and I was surprised of how the staff handled it. We had to take the stairs up to the room located in the back of the hotel which was basically a storage. The stair case was very dirty, poorly maintained and cannot be used by guests. We had to walk in the dark to find our room with our phone headlights. All this without any assistance or any accompanying staff. We understand that technical issues might occur but the way they handled it was unprofessional and below the standard of expectation. The kitchen sink was also dirty.
